We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in homes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean.
• Provide housekeeping management by organizing cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards and protocols.
• Assist with any additional tasks requested by clients, including cooking or other household duties when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
