Quality Technician II

Quality InspectorDevelop and maintain inspection reportsPerform inspection across all stages of production and receivingInspect and measure products according to quality standards, and drawing specificationsEnsure products comply with company and customer requirementsEnsure gauges, tools, and equipment are calibrated before useDocument nonconforming material / quality issuesWork closely with Quality EngineersMaintain all records / documentation of all inspections and potential issuesMinimum of 2-5 years of inspectionExperience performing detailed product inspection using drawings and specificationsAbility to perform and interpret First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gaugesExperience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)Good organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
