Overview Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal medicine physician to join an established Healthcare System neat La Porte, Indiana. Schedule Monday - Friday Shared rotating call: 1:7 Patient Volume Average outpatient volume: 16-22 patients per day. Team Environment Collegial team environment in a busy established practice. Support Staffing Excellent support staffing: Triage RN, dedicated MA plus additional MA support for practice. Professional Opportunities Potential to collaborate/supervise Advanced Practice Providers Opportunity to see patients virtually: 25% of contact hours Women’s Health (preferred, but not required) Facilities Lab and X-Ray on site.
