Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas.We are seeking to hire a Systems Integration & Test Sr Engineer for our Archibald, PA site.What you will be doing:Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and test solutions for in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.Translate customer contractual requirements into comprehensive system-level test solutions while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Develop functional and technical specifications, standards, and test requirements to support system integration and verification.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software interface and integration issues across complex systems and subsystems.Define system and subsystem input/output parameters, interfaces, and integration requirements to ensure end-to-end functionality.Review and derive requirements for system testability, verification, and validation throughout the development lifecycle.Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive system and subsystem test plans, procedures, and schedules.Lead integration and test activities to verify system performance, functionality, and compliance with customer and technical requirements.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate hardware, software, and COTS/GOTS components into complete operational systems.Document test results, integration issues, requirements traceability, and verification activities to support system acceptance and delivery.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited institution.Typically five or more years of experience supporting manufacturing, systems integration, test engineering, cable and harness assembly, or a related technical field.Demonstrated experience supporting Manufacturing Services and production activities involving complex electrical, electromechanical, cable, or harness assemblies.Ability to read and interpret cable and harness drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of material, specifications, work instructions, and engineering change documentation.Experience evaluating cable and harness designs for manufacturability, testability, requirements compliance, and production risk.Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing and test processes, procedures, work instructions, acceptance criteria, and cable/harness test methods, including continuity, insulation resistance, hipot, pin-to-pin verification, and fault isolation.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze test and production results, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate recommendations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, program management, and customer organizations while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and technical requirements.Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen. Desired SkillsManufacturing engineering or production-support experience involving cable and harness assembly, electromechanical integration, electronics manufacturing, or complex hardware builds.Experience supporting Manufacturing Services by reviewing cable and harness drawings, evaluating build requirements and testability, and resolving production issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action.Hands-on experience with cable and harness fabrication and testing, including connector installation, crimping, soldering, continuity, insulation resistance, hipot, pin-to-pin verification, and electrical fault isolation.Experience developing or reviewing test requirements, interface control documents, test specifications, work instructions, acceptance criteria, verification and validation plans, test readiness reviews, qualification testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing.Familiarity with automated test equipment, electronic test equipment, and software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, MATLAB, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, data-acquisition systems, and specialized test fixtures.Experience with configuration management, engineering change processes, nonconformance and discrepancy reporting, revision-controlled documentation, test data analysis, and identifying process improvements and product risks.Experience working in aerospace, defense, naval, nuclear, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments, with demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and customer organizations while leading complex assignments.Active Secret Clearance.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
