Regional Operations Manager

About the Role: As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics, guiding teams to achieve excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with outstanding communication, organizational skills, and the ability to foster team growth while meeting key performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate weekly calls with clinic managers and providers. Organize and lead monthly regional training and development meetings. Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure consistent clinic operations. Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions. Manage the efficient and detail-oriented opening of new offices. Refine office protocols and uphold quality control standards. Serve as a liaison between department leads and regional offices to promote collaboration. Ensure all deadlines and key submissions are met consistently. Develop and expand business initiatives and relationships to drive clinic and company growth. What You Bring: At least 6 years of management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Management (preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in training, development, and coaching. Demonstrated leadership abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments. A dependable, innovative, and results-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
