Bartender
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent guest service, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and knowledgeable about drink preparation, menu offerings, and responsible alcohol service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, tools, and workstations.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
Handle cash, credit card payments, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Monitor guest behavior and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds.
Must meet local legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
Schedule
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
Compensation
Hourly pay plus tips, based on experience and location.
