MRI Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to support MRI services at a hospital facility in Augusta, GA. The MRI Technologist will prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, operate GE MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images, and document procedures in Meditech. The role supports a 354-bed main hospital MRI unit staffed with two technologists per shift. Grey scrubs are the required uniform.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI.
• MRI advanced level certification and any required state licensure for Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• Experience using GE MRI equipment.
• Experience documenting in Meditech.
• Ability to work a schedule of three 12-hour shifts plus call as part of unit scheduling requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous hospital-based MRI experience.
• Experience working in a unit with two technologists per shift.

• Shift hours: 07:00-17:30.
• Schedule: three 12-hour shifts plus call.
• Equipment: GE MRI systems.
• Documentation system: Meditech.
