You should have a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver multiple pieces of content per day.

• Edit short‑form video content with a focus on retention and engagement

• Deliver multiple high‑quality videos daily
• Collaborate with the team and communicate efficiently
• Meet deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic text)
• Experience editing Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Proven ability to create high‑retention content
