Job Overview

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Hours: 15 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per shift)
We are seeking a reliable Food Prep Cook to prepare sauces, chocolate salami, ravioli fillings, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare, portion, label, and store ingredients and menu components.
Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality.
Complete the daily prep list efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize waste.

Qualifications

Kitchen or food-preparation experience preferred.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to follow recipes and work independently.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay Structure: Base Pay $10 + Tips (avg tips/hr = $4-6)
