Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health and vital signs.
• Administer medications and provide treatment as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Assist in the daily care and activities of residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Shift Information

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Patient Care Ratio

The expected patient care ratio is 1 nurse to 10-20 residents, ensuring attentive and individualized care.

Scrub Requirements

Clean scrubs are required for all shifts to maintain a professional and hygienic environment.
