Summary

The Valet Runner is responsible for providing prompt, safe, and courteous parking services for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role supports valet operations by retrieving, parking, and delivering vehicles efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest service and security.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Retrieve and park vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and directions as needed.
• Ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet staging and parking areas.
• Communicate effectively with valet team members and supervisors regarding vehicle locations, keys, and operational updates.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report any pre-existing damage.
• Follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures while operating guest vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally.
• Support other valet and guest services duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Previous valet, parking, or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles of varying sizes safely.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Salary

Starting at $10.00 per hour, 3rd Shift Differential $12.00, plus tips
