Float Pool LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Seeking a Regional Float LPN to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff. Responsibilities Include Delivering high-quality patient care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Participating in nursing assessments and care planning. Supervising care provided by unlicensed personnel. Qualifications Graduate from an approved practical or vocational nursing program. Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Maintaining current BLS/CPR certification.
