Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team! What You'll Do
-Manage tax engagements from planning through completion for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates
-Review complex federal and state tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
-Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
-Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted business advisor
-Research tax issues and communicate solutions to clients and team members
-Mentor, train, and develop tax staff and seniors
-Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables
-Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships
-Stay current on changing tax laws, regulations, and industry developments

 

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
-CPA license required
-5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
-Previous experience reviewing tax returns and managing client engagements
-Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Proven leadership and staff development abilities
-Experience with tax research and tax preparation software
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
