Registered Nurse

Liberty Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centered care within innovative behavioral health and human services programs. In this role, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will document according to regulatory and organizational standards, use evidence-based practices, and support quality and safety initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to improve outcomes for diverse populations in partnership with public-sector healthcare agencies.
