Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Madison, OH . This is a contract assignment providing home health case management services throughout Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties. Job Details Location: Madison, OH Pay: $53–$ 55.90/hour Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits Contract: Two to Three Month contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM On-Call/Weekend: One week of on-call coverage, including a weekend Coverage Area: Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties Responsibilities Manage a home health patient caseload throughout the assigned service area. Assess patient needs and coordinate individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians and the healthcare team. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and disease management. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Travel between patient visits throughout the coverage area. Participate in the required on-call rotation. Requirements Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Why Work for Adecco?
