We're partnering with a global leader in engineered manufacturing solutions to identify an Industrial Engineer who wants more than just continuous improvement projects. This is an opportunity to help build and optimize manufacturing processes, collaborate with international engineering teams, and gain exposure to customer-facing operations early in your career.

This role offers direct interaction with U.S. operations leadership while working closely with engineering teams in Germany, creating a unique opportunity to develop both technical and global business experience.

Industrial Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and improve manufacturing and assembly processes from the ground up
- Drive workflow, throughput, layout, and efficiency improvements across production operations
- Lead and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production performance, material flow, costs, and operational metrics
- Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation
- Partner closely with production, fabrication, and assembly teams to improve overall operational effectiveness
- Collaborate regularly with international engineering teams to align on standards and best practices
- Travel to customer and global locations to support projects and operational initiatives

Requirements for Industrial Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Approximately 1.5-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience
- Experience in assembly-focused manufacturing environments
- Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or continuous improvement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
- ERP experience (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- CAD experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30%
