This is a highly strategic team that is expected to drive our evolution to an increasingly self-serve experience. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will be working with a talented and dedicated design, data and engineering team. You will lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact via our corporate website design.ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for our growth strategy, focusing on metrics like organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups.A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with our GTM, Marketing and Engineering teams.Collaborate with our Marketing and RevOps teams to improve campaign effectivenessLead the end-to-end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysisWork closely with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows to ensure a frictionless, high-converting experience.Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and other Product teams to ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey.Who You Are6 + years of overall professional experience within Product ManagementBachelor's degree or higher in a related fieldA/B testing and experimental design experienceExperience in product led growth or growth strategyExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiencesClose attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insightsDrive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of timeAbility to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teamsExperience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growthApplicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party RecruitersTo protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
