Mobile Mental Health Case Manager for Homeless Outreach
Mental Health America of Los Angeles
Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a licensed clinician to join the Hope FSP program as a Personal Service Coordinator. The role focuses on crisis intervention, outreach to homelessness, and integrated mobile team services within LA County. The position requires field-based work, strong documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds a licensed ASW/AMFT/APCC, has a valid driver’s license, and demonstrates excellent community #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health America of Los Angeles
