The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the program's ongoing monitoring system, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and data integrity practices. This role involves overseeing a team of supervisors and providing training and technical assistance to staff. The Manager will also be involved in policy and procedure development, as well as maintaining a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' of experience in a Head Start or Pre-K Counts program. A strong knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards and monitoring systems is essential, and experience with data management systems such as ChildPlus is preferred. The role requires the ability to travel between program sites, maintain professional expectations, and hold the necessary clearances and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all aspects of the position.
