Pay rate: $62.98/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care on a busy 60-bed Medical Surgical unit with diverse patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize clinical pathways and evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient conditions, treatment plans, and progress accurately
• Support unit operations, including assisting with patient education and safety initiatives
• Demonstrate leadership through mentorship and sharing clinical knowledge

What You Need

Required:

• Valid and active RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Certification in medical-surgical nursing or related specialty
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting
