This role works collaboratively with the HR team and department leaders to ensure consistent, equitable, and effective hiring practices that align with Switchpoint's mission, values, and workforce needs. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic talent partner as our organization expands.Assist in the development, standardization, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all positions across the organization.Collaborate with managers to ensure job roles reflect current responsibilities, skills, and qualifications.Oversee the posting and management of job openings on internal and external platforms.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal equity standards in all job advertisements.Monitor and manage the visibility, status, and relevance of all active job listings.Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.Facilitate communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.Support hiring managers in coordinating interviews, follow-up steps, and applicant feedback.Schedule and organize interviews in collaboration with hiring teams.Assist with interview logistics, communication, and follow-ups.Support the reference check and offer letter process in accordance with company policies.Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps.Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant data within the ATS and other HR systems.Generate regular reports on hiring trends, staffing needs, and recruitment activity.Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring workflows, templates, and automation are optimized.Support troubleshooting of system issues and provide guidance to hiring managers on using recruitment tools effectively.Represent the organization at career fairs, community hiring events, or networking opportunities to attract qualified candidates and promote Switchpoint as an employer of choice.Able and willing to complete other duties as assigned.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Paylocity preferred).Working knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment and hiring.Confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience in a non-profit or social service setting is a plus.Regular use of phone, email, and computer systems.Occasional travel to other locations or hiring events may be required.Standard office environment with flexibility for remote work as needed.401k.EAP (Employee Assistance Program).Medical.Dental.Vision.Life & Disability.Salary $45,000 annually.Full-Time position.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
