Senior Leave Management Specialist

UCLA Health is seeking a Senior Leave Analyst to coordinate and administer leaves of absence for employees, including FMLA, CFRA, Pregnancy Disability Leave, and Workers’ Compensation-related leaves. You will guide employees and managers, evaluate eligibility, and communicate throughout the leave lifecycle.

You will manage cases from intake to return to work, collaborating with Benefits, WC/Return to Work, and HR colleagues to ensure seamless leave processes and compliance with policy and
