This position is responsible for managing nursing associates and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. The Unit Manager acts as a clinical leader, providing guidance and support to nursing associates while fostering a collaborative and compassionate care environment. They are instrumental in implementing resident-centered care plans, with a focus on wound care management and resident education to promote optimal health outcomes.
