A high‑growth, non‑asset third‑party logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Vice President of Truckload to lead and scale its truckload brokerage division. This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator with deep North American truckload expertise who thrives in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments. The Opportunity This role holds full responsibility for the performance, growth, and optimisation of the truckload brokerage function. You will lead customer and carrier account managers, strengthen carrier partnerships, optimise pricing strategies, and collaborate closely with Sales to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth.
