As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in making our guests feel at home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Checking guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
• Answering guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations for local attractions.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
