Job Title: Drillers Helper Job Description

As a Drillers Helper, you will play a crucial role in the setup and assistance with soil sampling drills, providing essential support to the local office. This position requires a high level of detail orientation to accurately record data, ensuring the precision and reliability of soil sampling operations.

• Assist with the setup and operation of soil sampling drills.
• Provide general support to the local office.
• Record and maintain detailed and accurate data.
• Engage in general labor tasks such as sorting and lifting.
• Ensure safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing appropriate protective gear.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with strong data recording skills.
• General labor skills including sorting and lifting.

• GED or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in field type settings.
• Comfortable working in various outdoor environments such as pastures, marshes, wetlands, or farmland.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
