Duration: 3 months (with possible extension/conversion) Pay Rate: $24–$29/hr About the Opportunity We are actively hiring an HR Recruiting Assistant Contractor to support a fast-paced Corporate Talent Acquisition team within a leading Aerospace & Defense environment. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise-level interview scheduling & onsite candidate coordination Assist with full-cycle onboarding processes Handle I-9 and citizenship verification Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements Maintain accurate documentation and record retention Provide general recruiting and administrative support Up to 10% local travel required Required Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting Strong documentation and record retention skills Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 8 years of HR/admin experience Associate’s Degree (2-year) + 4 years of HR/admin experience Preferred Experience Background supporting Aerospace & Defense hiring Experience working with government contractors or cleared programs Why Join?
