Position: Buyer Assistant
Location: One Park Ave, New York, NY 10016 (Wed&Thurs in person)
Duration: 6 months (possible extensions)
Working Hours: 9am-5pm
PR: $26/hr-$29/hr

Insight Global is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support a large, fast‐paced healthcare organization. This individual will play a key administrative role within the procurement team, assisting buyers with order tracking, purchase order processing, and exception management. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a high‐volume transactional environment while leveraging strong Excel skills to support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‐on experience in healthcare purchasing within a large, complex organization.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an office‐based role supporting administrative functions preferably in a healthcare environment or on a supply chain/finance team
- Experience working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume, transactional environment
- Strong Excel skills
Plusses:
- Healthcare buyer or healthcare purchasing experience
- Experience working in a large or complex organization
