Elementary Special Education Teacher - Behavior Disorders/Learning Disabilities (BD/LD) | Oskaloosa, IA

Pay: $45.00–$52.00 per hour
Location: Oskaloosa, IA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 2026–2027 School Year

We're hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction, build strong IEPs, and create a classroom where every student is set up to succeed - in a collaborative, supportive school environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support elementary students with behavioral disorders (BD) and learning disabilities (LD)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet evolving needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements

What You'll Need

• Active Iowa Teaching License
• Iowa Instructional Strategist II BD/LD endorsement
