A couple times a month you may work overtime. Weekends are optional with bonus pay if you want them. We’ll make sure you have what you need when you need it. But once you’re on site? That’s your arena. You’ll follow Ernst’s highest standards while trusting your process to get the job done right. And even though you’re in someone else’s home, you’ll always treat it like your own mother’s. When you leave, the place should look as clean or cleaner than when you arrived. You must: Be handy with tools and good with your hands Care about precision and the highest quality work Have super high standards for how things should be done Leave every job clean and professional Be dependable, respectful, and willing to learn Most importantly, we never cut corners. Anybody can rush through a job and say it’s “done.” But lasting work? That takes patience, a clear plan, and total attention to the details.
