Evening Milieu Counselor - Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Sign-On $5K)

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Milieu Counselor for an inpatient psychiatric unit in Somerville, MA. Under RN supervision, you will maintain a safe, structured environment and address the immediate needs of patients in crisis. You will help with ADLs, lead or co-lead groups, perform safety checks and 1:1 meetings, and accurately chart vitals, intake/output, and weight, while informing the RN of any changes.
