This position involves working in both ICU and stepdown settings, with the possibility of floating between the two. ICU nurse-to-patient ratio is 1-2, while the stepdown ratio is 3-4. Candidates must have a solid background in neuro care. Profile should include detailed work history, skills checklist, references, and verification of licensure. No work history gaps greater than 60 days will be accepted. All demographic information, including a badge-appropriate picture, must be included in the profile.
