Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $46-$51 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 147 beds We are seeking a skilled and dedicated P-Physical Therapist to join our team at a thriving Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, injuries, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies, utilizing them to enhance patient care Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Valid state Physical Therapist license Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr
