Thriving Medicaid-focused dental practice in a beautiful mountain town near Lake Tahoe is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, coachable clinician who wants strong mentorship, high earning potential, and the ability to expand their clinical skill set in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $900/day guarantee to start
- Expected compensation around $300K+/year
- High daily production opportunity ($10K/day is very achievable)

Clinical Opportunity
Ideal candidate is comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and has ambition to continue growing clinically.
Current associate currently doing:
- Extractions
- Bone grafting
- Anterior endodontics
- Restorative dentistry
The office performs:
Molar endo & implants with training if desired to obtain such skills.
You’ll have the freedom to perform as many procedures as you are comfortable with while receiving mentorship and support to expand your capabilities.
