Associate Immigration Attorney

Duties Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings Prepare and present oral arguments and written briefs Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior experience in legal drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, or other relevant areas is preferred Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
