Duties: Financial Management and Compliance: Manage end-to-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and fiscal regulations. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement strategic financial plans for operations in Egypt, the USA, and the Philippines, optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives. Cash Flow Management: Implement effective cash flow management strategies, ensuring operational liquidity and financial stability. Budgetary Planning and Execution: Analyze the annual operating budget process, aligning financial goals with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Process Improvement and Automation: Enhance financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes, leveraging automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Consolidated Financial Planning: Facilitate the integration of information for comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide strategic insights through robust financial modeling and business case analysis, empowering informed decision-making. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Specialist, Accounting Specialist, all related. Expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, budget management, financial reporting, and analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, financial management software, and data analysis tools. Degree: Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, all related.
