The Role: Your Launchpad to Six Figures

As an Entry-Level Sales Rep, you’ll set appointments for free roof inspections (no cost to homeowners) using our proven system. We give you the training, industry knowledge, and playbook — you bring the hustle.

What You’ll Do

• Set appointments and build instant trust with homeowners
• Generate daily leads with our field-tested strategies
• Work outdoors, control your success, and own your territory
• Level up fast through daily coaching and weekly training

What You Need

• 3-6+ months of cold sales experience strongly preferred
• Hunger, coachability, and great people skills
• Comfort working outside year-round
• Self-starter mentality (sales experience and degree are bonuses, not requirements)

What You Get – Real Numbers

• Year 1 Average: $60K–$85K
• After Promotion (most hit in 6–12 months): $85K–$150K+
• Training Base + uncapped commissions + bonuses
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 60 & 90 days)
