We are growing and looking for a Software Tester who combines strong skills in manual and exploratory testing with practical experience in test automation. We are looking for someone who can view the application from the user's perspective, cares about product quality, and actively supports the team in delivering reliable software.

We value individuals who show initiative, clearly communicate risks and recommendations, and effectively collaborate with the entire project team. Practical use of AI-based tools to improve the testing process and increase daily work efficiency will also be an important part of this role.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios and cases.
• Conduct manual and exploratory tests of web applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Design, implement, and maintain automatic UI and API tests using Playwright in TypeScript and/or Python, as well as Postman/Bruno or SoapUI.
• Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests using k6.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and closely collaborate with developers to diagnose and fix them.
• Support the maintenance and development of test environments based on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes based on Argo CD.
• Identify areas where automation can bring real value and propose QA process improvements.
• Use AI-based tools to increase testing efficiency and support daily QA activities.
• Clearly communicate quality risks and recommend actions to improve product quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
• Practical experience in manual and exploratory testing.
• Practical experience in UI and API test automation using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Very good knowledge of Playwright and Postman/Bruno or SoapUI.
• Experience in designing and executing performance tests using k6.
• Good knowledge of REST API and GraphQL.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, especially in running and managing test environments.
• Knowledge of Argo CD or willingness to quickly get up to speed with this tool.
• Practical experience in using AI-based tools to improve the testing process and increase daily QA efficiency.
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach and initiative in identifying risks and proposing improvements.
• Very good organization and ability to set priorities.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and care for high-quality software.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous development.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
• Experience in testing application security and APIs is desirable.
• Knowledge of tools used for security testing.
• Experience in integrating automatic tests with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
