UX Research Manager

Leading a team of 5-7 researchers, the full-time salaried UX Research Manager will shape research direction, influence product strategy, and drive AI innovation while ensuring user needs remain central to product decisions. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of UX researchers through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Establish a vision for how research informs product strategy and quality across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI and human expertise in product design Required qualifications Proven experience managing and mentoring UX researchers Demonstrated success in leading complex product projects with measurable user impact Experience in research domains influenced by trust, compliance, and governance considerations Strong background in developing measurement strategies that connect user value to business goals Familiarity with AI-powered user experiences and understanding user trust and transparency issues
