Job Summary Personal Care Aide (PCA) at Addus HomeCare supports clients in their homes with daily living activities, including meal preparation, exercise, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. Travel from home to home as part of routine assignments. Qualifications and Requirements Current PCA or CNA training is preferable; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Complete our 16‑hour training course, which meets the educational requirement for the position at no cost. Pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if driving for the company). Benefits and Compensation Earn up to $24.70 per hour, with bonus opportunities.
