We are currently seeking a Lead UI UX Designer to join our team in Pune or Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Currently, required a Project Lead for User Experience , who can drive end-to-end product design while scaling design operations and mentoring a team. A few highlights of what resource needs to bring to the table include:
•    Design Leadership & Ops: Established critique frameworks and design ops , directly improving delivery timelines and significantly reducing engineering rework.
•    AI-Driven Discovery: Integrating AI into the design process to accelerate qualitative research synthesis, map out complex solution spaces faster, and make highly data-driven design choices.
•    Strategic Alignment: Leading UX strategy for global enterprises, successfully aligning diverse stakeholder visions with measurable business metrics.
