We are seeking a Family Practice physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused care team in a modern outpatient clinic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with nurses, care coordinators, and support staff through daily team huddles and shared clinical planning.

• Coordinate care with internal and community resources to ensure patients receive well-rounded support.

• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinical protocols and compliance standards.

• Participate in clinical quality discussions, workflow improvements, and patient experience initiatives.

• Maintain active licensure and certifications while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Build strong patient and community relationships that encourage trust, continuity, and preventive care.
