Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) | Excell Private Care Services | OKC

Job Responsibilities Travel to and from clients’ homes. Provide supportive household services that may include light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and preparing meals (sometimes for medically prescribed diets as outlined in the member’s written plan of care). Document observations and activities. Perform care and services with minimal or no client/family complaints. Assist clients with personal care as directed by their written plan of care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Take oral and written instructions. Maintain a reliable telephone and dependable transportation. Performance Expectations Demonstrate reliability in work attendance by being on time to client visits. Efficiently manage time and work appropriately. Adapt to changing situations and work assignments. Exhibit initiative and diligence while performing work tasks. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and staff. Exhibit excellent customer service standards in all aspects of care. Project a positive, professional attitude and appearance while performing tasks. Work hard to eliminate any client/family complaints. Prior experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA preferred, but not required. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with scheduling coordinators, members, etc., maintaining HIPAA regulations for confidentiality. Qualifications & Education Must obtain current certification as a CNA or CHHA. Driver’s License, CNA or CHHA certification. Willingness to travel: 100%. Previous experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA preferred. Work location: On the road and in members’ homes.
