Position: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Location: 2830 N. 42nd Street Phoenix AZ 85018 Type of Employment: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays (7:30am - 4pm) Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hr, commensurate based on years of experience Banner Physical Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and driven Strength & Conditioning Specialist to join our team! Supervise fitness facility and associate areas. Ensure safety measures are in place and safety education/practices are enforced. Keep all records secured and instituted, such as daily sign-in, fitness charts, team conditioning regimes & schedules, etc. Develop strength and conditioning programs for athletes, non-athletes, coaches, teams, and institute staff. Ensure continuous, consistent care with the athletic trainer and other medical providers associated with the facility. Maintain disinfectant spray bottles in the gym for athletes. Secure facility at the end of the day.
