IAM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead a large-scale initiative focused on building and implementing a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who has experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of an IAM platform, rather than simply managing IAM integrations within individual applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new IAM platform
• Manage project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Partner with technical and security teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Drive project execution from initial planning through implementation and completion
• Manage multiple workstreams within a large-scale IAM transformation
• Ensure projects remain aligned to business and technical objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 7–12 years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of an IAM platform
• Experience building, implementing, or significantly transforming IAM environments
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
• Experience with technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other IAM/security platforms
• Experience with IAM, SSO, IdP, and/or IGA
• Strong infrastructure or cybersecurity background preferred
• Experience using project management tools such as ServiceNow and/or Smartsheet

Ideal Background:

• Experience leading large-scale IAM or cybersecurity transformations
• Experience implementing an IAM platform from the ground up
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams
• Highly driven, accountable, and results-oriented
• Strong ability to take ownership and see complex projects through to completion

This is an opportunity to play a major role in the buildout of an entirely new IAM platform from the ground up. The successful candidate will have significant ownership and visibility while helping drive a large-scale IAM transformation.
