About the Role:
Latuli is a new upscale restaurant located in Memorial that promises a refreshing interpretation of Gulf Coast food, enriched with robust Texas flavors and a touch of global inspiration.

Our guests, whether they live steps away, inside The Loop or in Katy, should recognize this place as their own. It has a menu that is both elevated and recognizable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
• Provide detailed menu information and recommend daily specials.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a server role or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
