Position Overview

Chenango Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Norwich, NY. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Primary Care Norwich

Annual Compensation Range: $275,000 – $344,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
• Optional opportunities for faculty and Medical Directorship
