Environment Health Safety and Security (EHSS) Manager
The EHSS Manager is responsible for leading environmental, health, safety, and security programs at the Milford, MA facility to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture and sustainability initiatives. The role includes managing audits, risk assessments, EHSS training, incident investigations, environmental reporting, contractor compliance, and site security operations. The candidate should have 5–10+ years of EHSS experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and distribution operations.
