Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Job Description

Greet and welcome patients warmly in both English and Spanish
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations
Answer phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries
Maintain organized patient records and office files
Assist with insurance verification and processing
Support daily front desk administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Multitask with professionalism and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
