Job Title: Maintenance Technician આપવા Business Job Titles: Maintenance Technician Job Description This position is responsible for the installation & troubleshooting of all CNC machines and miscellaneous other equipment with minimum assistance and performing TPMs in a timely manner with proper coordination with production, engineering, and other departments. Successful candidates will have forward‑thinking, continuous improvement capabilities, and maintain 100% adherence to Morgan Olson’s safety & PPS practices and policies, along with excellent attendance, self‑motivation, teamwork skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Troubleshoot and repair CNCs and other related production and facility machine‑related problems, including robotics and laser systems. Accurately report technical conditions and information on all facets of maintenance as needed to production and maintenance employees. Work as required with minimal or no supervision, along with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize small to large repairs. Schedule repairs through completion as needed on a regular basis. Travel as needed. (Possible training, cross‑line action, etc.) Must be able to lift 70 lbs. without aid. Interact with other employees on use and repair of CNC & other miscellaneous equipment in a complete and organized manner. Must be proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints, miscellaneous PLCs, ladder logic, and various schematics associated with production and facility equipment. (Programming a plus) Complete required weekly & monthly TPMs, PMs & PPS reports in an accurate and timely manner. Excellent organizational and communication skills overall. QUALIFICATIONS Two‑year technical school degree in Engineering principles, a Journeyman’s license, or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
